DEFINITIONS:
CA-Resident: Persons who live on property protected by CA covenants.
Corporate: Persons who work full time on property protected by CA covenants. Click here to download a corporate application
Two-Member: Two people who permanently live at the same address.
Family: A family is at least one adult and his/her dependent children under the age of 23 living at the same address. The only exceptions to this are:
- Elderly parents who live with the family and who are claimed as dependents.
- Disabled children who live with the family and who are claimed as dependents.
