CA is committed to providing quality-swimming lessons for members and residents. Lessons are available at lesson centers throughout the city. We hope that your experience will be beneficial and rewarding to you and your child.
The 30 minute level I to level III group lessons are designed for children ages six to fourteen and consist of three levels of adventure. Available indoor and outdoors.
2 nights a week for 2 weeks or 4 classes per session
Each student receives 15 minutes of individual instruction. Parents are encouraged to work with their child.
The CA Aquatics Department offers a series of free lessons to train our instructors, open to members and CA resident cardholders. Contact the location of the Free Swim Lesson after June 1st to Register.

New Columbia Association Program Promoting Water Safety For All Columbia Residents
COLUMBIA SWIMS $2 PER SESSION - CA Members & CA Resident Members
This NEW program is designed for non-swimmers 6 years-60 years+ (under 13 must be accompanied by an adult) to receive the basic skills of swimming and information on how to stay safe around water. Each hour long session provides instruction on water safety, water acclimation, basic swimming skills and more. Held at Talbott Springs pool on Tuesdays 7-8pm or Saturdays 4-5pm, Jun 25-Aug 13. Must pre-register at Talbott Springs Pool, 9660 Basket Ring or by calling the Aquatics Office at 410-312-6332. Participants may attend more than one session to receive additional swimming instructions.
